
Coretron Limited Warranty
Coverage Overview
Coretron Optoelectronics Inc. (“Coretron”) provides this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
The warranty period and coverage vary by product — please refer to the individual product spec sheet for detailed warranty duration and terms.
This warranty applies only to products manufactured and supplied by Coretron, installed and operated within their rated electrical and environmental parameters.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

Proper Installation and Use
The product must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Coretron’s published installation guides, wiring diagrams, and relevant electrical and building codes. -
Intended Application
The product must be used within the intended application and environmental ratings indicated on the product spec sheet (e.g., indoor/damp/dry/outdoor use, temperature range, IP rating). -
Authorized Components
The product must not be modified, repaired, or used with non-approved or incompatible components, drivers, or control systems. -
Proof of Purchase
Warranty coverage is available only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.
Warranty Remedies
If a product is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period, Coretron will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

Repair of the defective product

Replacement with an equivalent or improved model

Issuance of a credit or refund for the original purchase price
Replacement products or parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Coretron reserves the right to utilize refurbished or functionally equivalent components when fulfilling warranty obligations.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage resulting from improper installation, wiring errors, mishandling, or impact

Operation outside the specified voltage, current, or environmental conditions

Damage caused by electrical surges, lightning, power supply fluctuations, or force majeure events

Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification

Cosmetic deterioration such as color shift, fading, or scratches that do not affect performance

Failure due to improper maintenance, excessive ambient temperature, or chemical exposure
-
Field labor, service charges, or costs related to removal, reinstallation, or shipping unless otherwise agreed to in writing
Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Product model number and serial number (if applicable)

Description of the issue and installation environment

Supporting photos or videos that demonstrate the defect

Upon receipt, Coretron will review the claim and may request the product be returned for evaluation. Products determined to be defective and covered by warranty will be repaired, replaced, or credited at Coretron’s discretion.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser and supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Coretron’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall Coretron be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
