Returns & RMA Policy

We want product issues to be handled clearly and efficiently. All cancellations, returns, and warranty claims require review and authorization by Coretron before product is returned.

Requesting a Return or RMA

To request authorization, contact:

info@coretron.ca

Please provide:

  • Coretron invoice or order number

  • Product model or SKU

  • Quantity affected

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos or videos where applicable

  • Description of any installation or operating issue

  • Serial number or production information, where available

Coretron may request additional information before issuing authorization.

Return Authorization

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Coretron.

Issuance of a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) does not constitute acceptance of responsibility, confirmation of a product defect, or approval of a credit.

Products received without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Returns for Credit

Unless otherwise approved by Coretron, products returned for credit must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled;

  • Be unopened;

  • Be in their original packaging;

  • Include all components, accessories, instructions, and labels; and

  • Be in resalable condition.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.

Original freight, handling, duties, and other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Coretron.

Non-Returnable Products

The following are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom products;

  • Modified products;

  • Project-specific products;

  • Special-order products;

  • Non-stock products;

  • Products manufactured or configured specifically for an order;

  • Installed or used products;

  • Products damaged after delivery; and

  • Products returned without authorization.

Exceptions may be approved by Coretron in writing on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled after they have been processed, released, ordered, or placed into production unless Coretron approves the cancellation in writing.

Approved cancellations may be subject to charges reflecting costs already incurred, including materials, manufacturing, engineering, freight, administrative expenses, and supplier cancellation charges.

Warranty RMA

Products submitted because of an alleged defect are handled in accordance with Coretron’s Limited Warranty.

Warranty products are not required to be unopened or unused.

Coretron may require testing, inspection, photographs, installation information, or return of the affected product before determining warranty eligibility.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise approved in writing, the customer is responsible for freight and shipping costs associated with returning products to Coretron.

Coretron will determine the appropriate remedy for products confirmed to be covered under warranty.

Credits

Any approved credit will be issued after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted by Coretron.

Credits may be reduced by applicable restocking, repair, missing-component, freight, or other authorized charges.
